Turkey and Gravy insight

Turkey:  This is what I got from Martha Stewart.  For more insight, go to her website.

Take a cheese cloth or any clean cotton fabric. Soak with 1 bottle of white whine and 6 sticks of butter. Cover the Turkey with it and roast of 1 hr at @ 350 degrees. Remove cloth and continue to cook and base until the Turkey is fully cooked.

Gravy:
Flour + cold water or about a 1/2 drippings from the pan (make sure the drippings are cold or at room temperature), Blend to get a good gravy texture and add to the rest of the drippings.  Strain to remove any chucks.  Reheat to have the perfect gravy.
